After 4 years my first post
It was March of 2002 when I first started to look at PE as a solution to my small size. Though my wife was (and still is) seemingly happy with my size I always felt I was on the small side of things. I made my first measurement and compared against size charts to establish that in fact I was a bit smaller than average:
BPEL: 5.5 in
Over the past three years I learned how to stretch,perform Kegels,and Jelqing, though I was never able to develop any consistent routine due partly to inconvenience and to wavering motivation. Any small gains I made quickly disappeared when I stopped any regular PE activity. Shaving my pubic area did dramatically improve the way my unit looked and did make it look a bit bigger. That, combined with small gains allowed me not to get too discouraged.
In January I made a resolution to be more serious in my PE journey. There was plenty of evidence that this stuff works and plenty of testimonials from men who were able to make gains. I just needed to be more consistent in my workouts. With a wife who is unaware of what I am doing, a 5 year old daughter, and a 60+ hour a week job it was hard to find the time and space to do PE. I did find that I could do part of my routine in the shower every morning and late at night after everyone went to bed. Though I was doing better and making more small gains I still was not as consistent as I wanted to be.
Then I found this website in August and was re-energized. All of the info and advice I found here was great. I took a new measurement as I recommitted myself to this journey.
I have worked to consistently do a routine of stretches and Jelqing, doing this routine pretty regularly 2-3 days a week. Again, not quite as much as I would like, but at least more consistently. Two weeks ago I started clamping and that has been going really well. A couple nights ago when my wife and I were engaged in some fun after our daughter went to bed I just felt bigger than I have in the past. I measured this morning and sure enough I had made some more gains.
BPEL: 6 1/8
I am just thrilled and motivated to work hard at achieving my goal of 7X5.5
I just can’t wait for those magic words to come out of my wife’s mouth “gee, you seem bigger”.
One last note. I recently switched from using Vaseline for Jelqing to extra virgin olive oil. I can’t say enough how much better the olive oil is.
To those who are just starting: even small gains over 4 years is well worth the effort.
