Afraid of doing PE

Hey all,

I need your advice.

I started PE like 6 months ago. I had an injury pretty fast because I was desperate to gain. I was stretching, pulled too hard and fast and a stain/purple spot started to appear on the middle shaft. Yeah very scary. Because I was freaking out the penis contracted (freaking tiny man) and I thought I broke it. I thought it was the end of my life until I had a nocturne erection. The penis contracted because of the panic. (see wikipedia).

My penis is now in perfect condition (still small though). I have tried to resume PE but every time I jelq or stretch I feel like I’m going to broke it. After that injury, two more times I thought I cound’t get an erection. (Until I saw the morning wood).

As you can see I’m being paranoiac.

I want to be at least average (need an inch for that) but with a penis that works. But now my mind only focus on the risks of doing PE, and thinking is not worth it.

What do you recommend me so I can continue PE as normal?

My friend, but I see in your stats that you are 5.7-6 BP, that is normal, that is standard and it is not small by any mean.

Start slowly, as time passes you will be more confident doing the exercises.

I think that our body is a perfect machine, it warn us when we are going to hurt ourselves trough if’s pain and such, it is when we insist on doing things without care that we hurt or little friend.

Like Sparkyx said, if you are consumed by fear then don’t do it, why risk the only penis you have?.

Only you have the power to decide if this is really something you wish.

That is something that always have caused interest in me, does low pressure in the pump streches the tunica?.

This is question enough for dozens of giant threads and they are out there.

In short, I don’t know but I suspect it facilitates a modified erection where certain volume limiting tissue constraints are relaxed. I think this because with hot water pumping I can get huge girth in the tube without fluid buildup between the skin and erectile chambers. Similarly, but not identically, following condom pumping I am larger girth-wise.

Also, others report a larger in tube length than they can achieve with rock hard erections out of the tube; although, that has not been my experience but maybe it would be under different circumstances.

I don’t necessarily think all PE works that way. There may be multiple ways a penis can be simi-permanently &/or permanently enlarged with PE included cell number increases etc.

In terms of it being worth it, I don’t think penis size matters much unless one is way outside the norm. I’ve see you stats and I think you are fine.

Out of curiosity, what magnitude of gains do they typically report with it, and how permanent? I’m assuming it also brings about girth gains?

Individual results seem to vary greatly. Some pumpers report permanence after many years of little or no maintenance work. Others describe a gradual reduction in size in one both dimensions somewhat soon after cessation a significant effort. Gains of greater than an inch in both dimensions have been reported.

Most of my gains were realized by other means, most prominently the basic newbie routine. I have gained a little while pumping but I was also experimenting with other approaches concurrently and would perhaps have gained more sans other methods. I have been struggling to get myself interested in PE for long enough to give pumping a fair isolated test but find myself playing guitar instead.

I bring up pumping for the OP because I think it can be a relatively safe starting place for PE if one is very disciplined and commonsensical with the amount of pressure used and the amount of time spent in the tube.

by all means I’m not small (8x5) but I just want that monster cock, ever since I was younger I always thought it was more manly.

Now like you I’m a little scared to start, but you realy have to see this as bodybuilding.

You dont start bench pressing 400 pounds, you start off slowly and increase the weight as you go.

Just relax man, be carefull and go for it.

If you want to change your life, fear isnt the answer.


Current size: 19.5cm by 12.5 cm

Short term goal: 21cm by 14cm

Long term goal: 23cm by 16 cm

Ok wjug17, here there is what you have to do.
Start with the newbie routine. But no stretches. Only jelq. Very light jelq.

On the beginning you have to start with 10 jelq. A day. Yes. The first day only 10. Of course you have to perform before the jelqing the warm up (at least 5 minutes) and warm out (5 minutes).

It will appear to you that the first day you are basically only warming the penis and nothing more. And that’s ok.

The day after you can go for 11 jelq. Warm up and warm out.
The day after 12 jelq and so on.
Once you reach 50 jelq (on the 40 day) you have to stop.
The next day you will perform only 50 jelq, not 51. Do 50 jelq everyday for at last one month and see how it goes.

Rember:
1)warm up and warm out
2)every day
3)light jelq

Then use your brain to understand what to do.
