Dear All,

Kindly advise me the following questions:

1… I have once again started PE, as I was quite busy and was unable to perform my PE routine in the past. So I again started two weeks back. My routine is 5 min warmup, 5 min Streches, 15 Mins Oily Jelq, during Oily Jelq I keep on warming my dick after each one or two minutes of doing Jelq. It is giving a very good result to me, my penis looks much healthier, Then 50 Kegal…..Take 1 day off in a week…..and sometime I do Pumping in the evening (15 Min)……Kindly someone advise me that when I start Using Clamp… I mean after how much time of using above mentioned routine, I can go for Clamping excercises?

Do your routine for at least 3 or 4 months before considering an advanced exercise like clamping. You might want to consider adding another rest day. One in a week isn’t very much time to recuperate. That said, as long as your PIs are good you should be OK.
