Advise on my routine

Hi, I’m not sure if my routine is enough to get decent if any gains. My routine is 1 day on 1 day off, my routine consists of starting with a hot shower while having the shower stream on my penis I do this for about 5 minutes or so then I begin stretching, which is two 20 second sets with a 5-10 second rest for each starting by stretching down, up, left, right then straight outwards. I then usually get out of the shower and preform 100 wet jelqs, I usual try to do kegel exercises with 50 reps although I am not consistant with the kegel exercises, and I don’t usually warm down but I am starting to now thoe. I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks no results as of yet but I’m expecting around 3-4 months before I see results so I’m still optimistic. Any alterations that would improve my program and or results.

My current length is 6.2 BPEL 4.8 girth.
My short term goal is 7.5 BPEL 5.5 girth.
My long term goal is 9 BPEL 7 girth.

I realise my long term goal is a big ask and I’m not quiet sure if its possible, would this be achievable?

Personally I’d stop counting jelqs and do it by time. Start off with 10minutes then increase in a few weeks if you like.

The reasons I don’t like counting jelqs:

A) It’s boring
B) It’s easy to focus more on reps than using strict form
C) Some people that count will rush the reps to get them over with
D) Not as easy to keep PE sessions consistent
