I was reading in the forum, 7 x 5 is large. I have been exercising today for an hour with newbie routine. Tonight when I showered I noticed pin points of red spots along the shaft and the glans. I applied warm compresses to increase circulation to diminish the spot of blood under the skin. Should I stop? I measured erect 7.25” before. After one hour when fully erect was 7.75”. I felt sore around the pubic bone. Have I done damage? Please advise. Thanks P.S. My goal is for the big 10”

Red spots are normal for newbies. They ruptured capillaries and should heal on their own. Just go easier the next time you exercise. If you’re following the newbie routine you should be taking a whole day off every day or two. Soreness is also normal for newbies. Your dick isn’t used to being worked on this hard. Pain is not good. If it hurts then stop and take the next day off. If it’s just soreness, it should improve as your dick gets used to PE exercises.

Ten inches is not really a realistic goal. But keep at it and let us know if you make it. :)
