Advise for a.d.s. routine

I just started strecthing with a jess extender type of device. How long should I do it for? Should I rest or should I do it 7 days a week? I am currently strecthing for 8 to 10 hours a day for over a week now. Please any good advice would be helpful.

7 days a week, the more time you use, the better for you.

I don’t know how you can use it for so much time, I barely can hold it on my dick for 3-6 hours per day, it’s impossible to go out with this thing (and I already tried lol), what’s your secret?

You don’t need to hold your 8” x 6” penis at all, it’s perfect.

Don’t you think that you need to rest?
In my opinion, do 2 days on, one day rest.
6-8 hours while using, at the end of each day add some manual stretches and jelqing.


Conquering my goals.

I wear mine at work almost every day, how ever when your moving about it is a bit hard. I wear loose boxer shorts, and baggy shorts, just take your time sitting down and make sure everything lands in the right place.

What kind of gains have you guys had, and how long did it take. Is this the best method?
