Advices for newbie

Hello everyone, I am doing PE for 2 weeks. In other words I am noob)
My routine looks like that
5 minutes warm up(hot water)
Manual stretch (6 25-second stretches) -Up,down.left.right and foward+Round strethess each 10 sec

2-3 mins warm up
15 minutes of jelq -at 40-50% erection+jelging down(I was told that its more suitable for lenght)
5 minutes hot wrap
+I am doing strech 20 sec, in training days approximatly 3-4 times
My BPEL and BPFSL are in 0.3cm difference(0.12 inches) and I read this is because of my Tunica is not streched good, by the way erection is very hard and I thing PC muscule is ok for now : D
So I was adviced to do more exercises for lenght
Any advices?),and sorry for bad english

Keep with the newbie routine you have set. Slowly increase your amount of stretching and jelqing every week or so. You routine looks good on you warm ups and warm down. As long as you are comfortable that your erection is still at a good level do that routine 5 times a week if possible. If you keep that up you will most likely see noticeable legnth gains in a couple of months. God luck

Shod I pull back my forskin or not all the vids I see are off cut men or dos it matter

I am doing like 2 days work 1 day off

You mean after some amount of time I should do like 5/2?

I am not sure but I do like you say. If you wilnot do that the TEnsion will be taken by ur skin not by your Ligaments)
