AdviceRoutine decent gains
Well, I cannot post in the members section as of yet so I figured I’d share this here. I started back in march, but had to stop basically in and out due to an injury so I would say I’ve had about 3 months *maybe* of decent PE’ing. I’m a bit above 7.5” EL and 8” BPEL (a bit over 1/4” gain) and still around 5.25” EG. Below is my routine. I started out 2 on 1 off, and have moved to 3 on 1 off.
5 min warm up hot wrap
7 min manual stretch
20 min wet jelq
Used to do 440s, and I tried Ulis but I don’t want to mess anything up by hurting myself.
Now my issue is I had good gains when I first started doing over hand wet jelqs. I then had a bleeding issue, switched to underhand, and gains were slow. I’m thinking of going back to overhand (seems to be more pressure) now that I have conditioned a bit more. I would also like to add a good girth routine, that won’t damage my length gains too much as I know length should come first, then girth. So after seeing my routine I’d just like some constructive criticism on how I could improve it. I’ve been thinking of adding some exercises such as dry jelqs first or about 10 more minutes of stretching to really help. I have some pretty high goals :/ and overall I’ve always felt pretty insecure about my size so any input to help out the workouts will help. I’ve got lots of time now to work while back at school, so I’m all pumped up :) .
