Well, I cannot post in the members section as of yet so I figured I’d share this here. I started back in march, but had to stop basically in and out due to an injury so I would say I’ve had about 3 months *maybe* of decent PE’ing. I’m a bit above 7.5” EL and 8” BPEL (a bit over 1/4” gain) and still around 5.25” EG. Below is my routine. I started out 2 on 1 off, and have moved to 3 on 1 off.

5 min warm up hot wrap
7 min manual stretch
20 min wet jelq
Used to do 440s, and I tried Ulis but I don’t want to mess anything up by hurting myself.

Now my issue is I had good gains when I first started doing over hand wet jelqs. I then had a bleeding issue, switched to underhand, and gains were slow. I’m thinking of going back to overhand (seems to be more pressure) now that I have conditioned a bit more. I would also like to add a good girth routine, that won’t damage my length gains too much as I know length should come first, then girth. So after seeing my routine I’d just like some constructive criticism on how I could improve it. I’ve been thinking of adding some exercises such as dry jelqs first or about 10 more minutes of stretching to really help. I have some pretty high goals :/ and overall I’ve always felt pretty insecure about my size so any input to help out the workouts will help. I’ve got lots of time now to work while back at school, so I’m all pumped up :) .

Nothing eh? I’ll be starting to do half overhand half underhand wet jelqs to see if my grip has been causing any affects.

First of all, you have a huge cock. Second of all you should definetly look into clamping once your conditioned. My best girth excercises has and will always be a manual clamp combined with squeezes, it’s basically like pumping up your dick. You might want to look into pumping also. What’re your goals?

Hey theskyisthelimit, what exactly is manual clamping.. For now I just do stretching and jelquing.but I’m interested in this clamping I’m hearing about. What is it?

Well first of all there’s regular clamping with a clamp which I’m not really into which is when you achieve a full erection and then pump it up and clamp at the base to keep the blood in your shaft and head expanding the tunica. Vets correct me if I’m wrong. What I prefer to do because I don’t like using devices is do the same thing except for do it with my hand and just hold for 30 seconds and maybe squeeze the shaft a little to engorge the head while clamped down with your hand. This is also a great warm up to do BEFORE stretches, I feel it really loosens up my ligs.

Sky, I feel as though I’ll be ready to start clamping within a few months. I feel as though more conditioning will be better first like you said. I am going to start to throw in more stretching time throughout the day. It seems as though a lot of the girth exercises require a bout 6 months IMO of good training first. I also don’t want to take away from length gains really so I was just going about looking at a light girth exercise to thrown in and also a change up in my workout to get things moving again.

Actually I was thinking about something like*
Warm up 5 min
Stretch for about 10 min
Wet Jelq 15-20 min
Then*
5 Min of Jelq squeezes
5 Min of horse 440s
Warm down
2 hours later I’ll do about 5-10 min of JIAs
