Hi, I’ve been Peing for three weeks now. My routine for the first week has been 5 min hot wraps 75 wet jelqs and warm down.
Second week I upped it to 100 jelqs and third to 125. However the problem is I think I’m experiencing negative PIs. My flacid state has been as small or smaller than usual and I feel way less urge to jerk off.

I ve been soo excited so start this PE thing off and don’t know what to do. Should I continue or take a break ALREADY which is the LAST thing I want to do right now. Any advice fellas?

Back off to 50 a day until EQ returns to where you were before. By the way, if your EQ never increased from pre-PE then you may have been over doing it from the start.

One of the keys that you are using a productive routine is that your EQ should go way up. If it didn’t, you may need to start lower than you did, and certainly don’t be in such a hurry to push it up so fast.

Got the same problem, overestimated my current condition. Was off a little while, kicked back with some medium workouts and thought, damn today I’m really in the heat. Did 30min manual stretching, 30min jelq with some horsesqueezes, bends and uli, then a 20min vacuum pump session. It went from 16.5cm el to 17cm el and from 12.7cm eg to 15.5 eg. Temporary.. Three days later my dick still a little weird. Comes back full force tomorrow, I can feel it! :P

Do lots of kegels! Usually do two session a day, including 1000 clamps whenever I can squeeze one in.

I don’t think the quantity is the problem. I think you are probably using too much force. Control your hand pressure a little better.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I do use lots of force, becuse I feel and see if I don’t that I’m not getting the blood through as I ve understand that you should when your jelqing.

So you’ll be there again.

I think your doing way to much. Back off on the jelqs. And on top of that make sure your not jelqing to hard.

What can I say? If you don’t change the way you are doing it, you will continue to have bad results. Use less force and perhaps a higher erection level when jelqing, about 70-80 percent erect.

You are excited, 3 weeks-it’s just a beginning and probably you would like to see some nice gains.. So probably:
A) you do too much and your penis is not able to stand this
B) you use too much power

Good that you observe what happens to your body and not just do your routine without checking what your body tells you .. Because that way you can find out what works for you..

Check what works:
A) try to do less - with the same power
B) do the same thing - using less power ..

Sorry, but in my opinion being less excited may be helpful as well.. Don’t expect huge gains immediately.. Do your job, observe your body (you do it so no problem here) and find out your way! Aaa almost forgot to write, don’t take a break, just change the routine (my opinion)

Umm I watched this jelqing video.. Online by a guy called Christian. He said start at 40 for awhile then 80 then increase by 40 all the way up to 200. Basically you increase the amount because the dick builds up resistance. So start off small in amount, you need to feel some slight aching afterwards I’d say

I’ve been jelqing almost for a month now. The problem is when I read threads it seems that when you jelq you should push enough blood through so that your dick gets too a bigger state.

In order to do so,for me atleast I need to keep not a death grip but kinda hard grip. However, when I do that I get negative PI and my dick gets a bit sore, and was advised to keep a lighter grip.

BUT doing jelqing with a light grip doesnt get enough blood through the way everybody is saying it should, and it also makes my erection subside fast like after 10 jelqs, now I’m just confused and angry.

If your erection subsides after about 10 strokes, you are using enough force - or even too much.If you use a tight grip on your erect penis, is actually harder to move blood if your penis is semi erect. The feeling should be a mix of higher engorgement and blood moving inside your penis.

You should learn having a better feeling with your penis, first. Second, you have to delete from your brain the idea that “more tension = better gains”.
