I’m not looking for huge gains, but shape. I’m looking for a peter north shape which is think on the bottom and slightly tapers up. I figure my best bet is to do a lot of kegels. I read a post here a long time ago about kegeling as hard as you could against your bed and I can’t find it anymore. Also I figure stretching from side to side would help. I have one problem which is smoking, I just read that it could cause erection levels to go down a bit so I’m going to quit asap. Any other advice for what I’m going for would be greatly appreciated by me n the girlfriend.

Hi Gringo and welcome to Thunders!

At the top of the Newbie Forum page . Click on “Start here”. Then click on PE Facts & Glossary. On the page that opens you will see Kegels. Click on that to learn how they are used etc.

I haven’t tried the exercise to increase base girth, but you might try a ‘reverse jelq’ ie start at the top under the glans,. That will concentrate blood to the base.

Using the OK grip push to the base of your penis, at the same time doing a hard Kegel

A small point on posting. Could you use ‘and’ rather than n. please.
It helps those whose first language isn’t English if you use words rather than chat speak.
