I’m not looking for huge gains, but shape. I’m looking for a peter north shape which is think on the bottom and slightly tapers up. I figure my best bet is to do a lot of kegels. I read a post here a long time ago about kegeling as hard as you could against your bed and I can’t find it anymore. Also I figure stretching from side to side would help. I have one problem which is smoking, I just read that it could cause erection levels to go down a bit so I’m going to quit asap. Any other advice for what I’m going for would be greatly appreciated by me n the girlfriend.
