Advice to all newbies

Having just started my PE schedule myself, I was initially very keen to get very active! So was not as attentive to my hot wrap session as I should have been. This was a BIG mistake. I have now read various members methods to apply heat so the penis can fully benefit from the stretches, jelqs and kegels! So please take my advice and don’t only pay lip service to your hot wraps. I will report in a few months as to my own progress and further tips! Good luck, wishing you a speedy rate of PE!

Heat is VERY important to PE. I often reheat in between each activity to keep the penile tissues more spongy & help with blood flow while exercising it. Looking into maybe getting a infrared heat lamp soon too. Heard they work pretty well. Stick with the newbie routine and work your way up from there I’ve been at it about 2-3 months now with some gains. Good luck to you

Having been into personal fitness and weight lifting for about a year or so, I went into this understanding the importance of warm ups. However, I didn’t really understand that it yielded a lot of gains through that. I started stumbling upon threads in the progress report section where some did standard warm ups and others did the warm up, but kept constant heat and applied between every exercise and the latter yielded much better results. I just wish I had the luxury to wear some sort of heat pad on my junk all day while I was working haha


Starting Stats - BPFSL: 13cm, BPEL: 13.5cm

Current Stats - BPFSL: 15.4cm, BPEL: 14.6cm

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

Not thought of doing extra hot wraps in between the newbie routine exercises! Great idea! I’ll give it a go later and report back!

I tried it in my last session and I think it did help quite a bit. Good luck!

Just finished my first routine with the extra warm wraps! Definitely feels really great so fingers crossed it will also maximise PE! Watch this space!

Get an electric space heater and sit in front of it for your routine. It’s really changed my routine.

Make sure you direct the heat more to your penis and above, just below the navel and less on the testicles. Place the space heater in an aproppriate position to achieve that.

You need heat on the penis and just a bit of warmth on the testicles, not too much.

Many do this wrong as I have noticed, You need a warm feeling, cosy, on the penis, not as hot as you can stand cause your penis will turtle trying to protect itself. Pay attention to this


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
