Hi guys,

Last time I measured a possible gain was 1.5 months into the newbie routine (0.2”). Currently I am 3 months in and have mainly been alternating with jelqing and stretching. Sometimes longer jelqs and less stretches or the other way around.

I usually do 10-15 mins of stretches and 10-15 mins of jelqing. Warm up in shower > stretch > jelq, in that order.

My corpus cavernosum is very tough and tight along the top when pointed SO. My corpus spongiosum on the other hand is quite soft but has a decent blood flow going through it but when erect does not have a distinct bump or rounded vein as you would see some have in porn.

It could possibly be my impatience but I have not seen any slight gains in girth or length recently. Which makes me think I might be doing it all wrong. When jelqing I use an OK-grip all of the time and jelq on a slight angle or straight up, sometimes pointing SO. 3 sec holds, 60-80% erection and forcing the blood into my glans but stopping an inch before the glans. I do a decent strength squeeze, enough to partially clamp but let some blood through. Normally it feels as if I am pushing blood through my corpus spongiosum more so than the corpus cavernosum. Which makes me think that I could possibly be doing it wrong. Should I be trying to force more blood through my cavernousm instead as it is more tough and harder to squeeze when erection level gets higher?

I would like 0.5” gains in girth at some point MSEG and later work that girth all the way to the glans making it all the same size. Though before that I want to increase my length first, any girth that would come would be a bonus and lucky as I want to mainly target length for now.

I have done the newbie routine the whole time, and increased the routine as suggested at the 6 weeks mark, minus the 30mins (instead 10-15mins) of jelqing as some people suggested 30 mins might be too much and forcing my unit to get conditioned too quickly.

From this read, does it sound like I am doing something wrong? Or should I be trying the less is more approach or stick to exactly what the routine is asking.

Sorry about the post, just looking for that 0.1” gain or something to tell me that I am on the right track and not wasting my time doing the exercises incorrectly when I could be doing it effectively.

Any advice or tips would be appreciated. At the moment I will stick with the routine until someone responds as I do not want to hurt myself with other methods and have heard people can gain just by using their hands. I might need to continue with the same routine or add in extra techniques if anyone thinks I am ready for it.

I’m no jelqing expert but what you describe sounds about right to me. What I’d suggest is first of all, make sure your measuring is consistent, and give it more time so that the gains are really noticeable with a little margin for error.

Thanks Dude151 for responding so quickly. Basically what I do for measurement is a BPEL measurement. I try to keep my measurements as accurately as possibly by pressing the ruler into my pubic bone as hard as I can until I hit the bone. So I am able to measure without any fluctuations with fat pad, which is 0.8”. So its not very big anyways and I am pressing harder to begin with which I am sure most people do not do. My theory is that my bone isn’t going to be moving at all so might as well press in hard to stop inaccurate readings.

Sounds OK to me. Warming up in the shower is not nearly as effective as a rice sock/gel pack/IR lamp. You could try jelqing slightly downwards too.

Thanks firegoat. I mean I could be wrong, but one thing I have increased is my flaccid stretch length. Which has probably gone up 0.4”. Yeah something to heat it like that would probably be beneficial. Though its hard to have one while maintaining privacy. That could probably be why I am not gaining, maybe my tissues are not warm enough. All I know is that if i clamp with my hand and force blood in my length stays the same but my MSEG goes from 5.5” to 5.7” but no more than that. Haven’t gained any girth at all, though some people said people with more girth usually gain girth first. What is wrong with me? lol

Just make a rice sock and tell everyone who may be suspicious that you need to increase the flexibility in your *ankles/Achilles tendons* for sport and despite stretching them you are not getting fast enough results, so a friend told you to try warming them with a rice sock before you start stretching. :D

Apart from that, just stay consistent. Gains can take a while.

Haha good idea. I’ll have to make one when I have some spare time. It’s just annoying because I have an upward curve so I am not sure if that is what is causing my gains to come slower. I will try the rice sock and give it some time. Once I have verified if it works I might revive this thread and let you know how it went. Maybe then I can say some thumbs up to your signature! haha :P
