Advice on starting routine for a newbie
Hi, I am just starting PE. I am currently 6.5” NPEL ( 7.5” BPEL) and 6 inches EG. I am mainly looking for length increases to maybe around 8.5” length and 7 EG as my final goal. I know it will take a lot of hard work though, if it is even possible at all.
As my knowledge is extremely limited, I was just wondering if someone could advise me on a basic routine to get started with. I would really appreciate it.
