Heat is important. But not absolutely vital. I’ve only been using heat steadily for a few months and I can say my workouts have been more productive. This is very applicable as I’ve been pumping primarily and a warm tube is a world different than a cold one.

That said, warmth makes the penis pliable and more receptive to the stressors we put it through. If not a hot wrap I would apply some sort of space heater or other heat source for your warmup and during your manual exercises.

I went 7 years without heat. I can say it isn’t direly necessary. However, if I could go back I would judiciously apply it, regardless of the exercises and devices I was using. Heat definitely will speed the process up.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks mate :) appreciate the advice

In addition to what TG said, I think heat helps a lot preventing injuries.

I use a hot wrap, wet towel and keep a space heater in front of me whilst doing my routine. It’s only been weeks for me but so far so good!

Either Bill or Firegoat has in their sigs that heat can be the difference between gaining fast or slow for some, and between slow and not at all for others.

I enjoy using heat too, 100W IR lamp. Keeps the unit nice and warm, but also slightly dry, which is good for stretching. Not so much for girth work though.

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

I haven’t been using heat either, but hearing your opinion I think I’ll give it a try. I’m in Asia we always have a 50lb bag of rice in the kitchen. Maybe I’ll throw some of that in a sock and heat it up in the microwave before sessions. X-D

I wonder how much of a difference heat would have made in your gains? So up until this year you hadn’t used heat? Assuming you started in 2009 going off of your sig.

I started using heat regularly in September. I started here in July and didn’t get into a dedicated routine till mid August or so. I did start in August of ‘09, so…honestly…who knows?

I tried the rice sock early this year and some as year under the tutelage of Big Al but it did nothing for me. But warm compress heat wasn’t good for but pumping in my case. IR heat so far is good though.

The rice sock is a good way to try. Just be careful not to overdo it. Easy to lightly burn yourself with the rice sock, take it from me.
