Advice on my routine
Ok so I’ve been doing PE for a while now and for the past few weeks I have been clamping to increase my girth. Just wondering if some of you experienced clampers can give me a heads up on my routine.
My routine is as follows:
30 minute bathmate followed by 3 x 10 min clamps. My manual stretches when in the clamp are as follows:
Uli’s (30s reps) x 5
Slow squash jelqs (60s reps) x 5
Horse squeezes (30s reps) x 5
Should I be adding or replacing any of these?
Starting: EL 7" EG 5.75"
Currently: EL7.5" EG 6"
Goal: EL 8" EG 6.5"
