Advice on my routine please. Just starting out again!

I’m a 28 year old male from South Africa, Cape Town. I just started PEing again. Had my first session tonight!

I’m starting with 30 Jelqs. My routine goes as follows:

30 Jelqs for 1 session.
35 Jelqs for 2 sessions.
40 Jelqs for 3 sessions.
45 Jelqs for 4 sessions.
50 Jelqs for 5 sessions.
etc. etc.

As you can see, I increase the amount of Jelqs I do by 5 each time, as well as increasing the number of sessions I do, each time I increase the number of Jelqs.

I’m on a 1 day on, 1 day off routine. Each day I PE is a ‘session’.

I start with a warm-up consisting of 1/2 a bucket of boiling hot water. I warm-up on this until the water is cooled down. Then I apply vaseline and begin my Jelqs, each stroke about 3-4 seconds long.

I plan on starting stretching for 2.5 minutes gradually increasing it until I hit 10 minutes. 30 second stretch in each direction. I will start stretching when I hit the 50 Jelq mark.

I PE’d when I was 21-23 - on and off for about 2 months at a time. I had great success with Jelqing and stretching. I went from about 6.5x5.5 inches to about 7.4x5.9 inches. Although I didn’t count the number of Jelqs I did at the time, I just Jelqed for about 20-30 minutes (Can’t remember exactly). As I say, I had great success and want to repeat the success I had again! :)

My ultimate goal in PE is to get a 6.5 inch girth pussy-splitter!! Length I’m not too concerned about, but 7.5-8 inches would be great!

Also, I smoke about 25 cigs a day and drink about 3-4 cups of filter coffee a day. Will these factors severely influence my growth ? I do a lot of cardio to get my blood flowing (30 minutes cycling a day, besides Sunday) and I do heavy compound iron exercises 3 times a week (Box squats, deadlifts, military presses, bench press etc. etc.).

Any advice / comments on my routine would be appreciated!
