Advice on my current path.
Hey guys, i will try not to blabber on too much I’m just looking for a little advice clarity.
After being stuck at 7.25bpelx4.8 for around 6 weeks (i still continued despite this plateau) i decided to give air pumping a try and bought a vacutech with elliptical tube to change things up. Previously i had a jelq/clamp/bathmate routine that was quite heavy and i did a 4/5 day a week routine.
My newest routine i have been doing for exactly 3 weeks today and it is as follows…..
10min wet jelqs
10min wet jelqs/edging
10mins wet jelqs/edging.
I have done this routine to the exact EVERYDAY
since i started it 3 weeks ago.
When i started it i thought id see how it goes and then take rest days if/when i felt sore or when my eq suffered. My eq has remained the same. Its not any better or worse than when i started and stands at around a 8.5/10 on the eq scale.
As i have not rested for a 48hr period I’ve not been able to officially measure however i have been measuring every few days in the morning to keep tabs. I have gained .15 length (and when i kegel and measure i hit 7.5BPEL (+.25gain). Girth i am measuring 4.88meg (+.08 gain).
I understand rest is important for growth however is 24hr rest deemed enough? Is it wise to rest whilst there’s a possibility of a growth trend or is that unwise? I’ve not gained for a while up until now so I’m kind of scared to make the wrong choice here!!
On a side note if anyone could clear up. Does everyone get a bigger BPEL measurement when holding a kegel? If so, do you count the larger measurement it gives you.
Thanks guys, I’ve waited so very long to reach my first goal of 7.5BPEL (started 6.6BPEL) and I’ve got my sights set on my final length goal of 8BPEL. I’ve slightly passed 7NBP which I’m so pleased about and it looks a good size on a 9st ectomorph body type with a 29inch waist. Girth is the issue for me, and 5.5 seems soooo far away. Perhaps i should do some dry jelqs instead?
