Advice on Kegels

Hey guys, I have been doing PE now for a good 3-4 months, I am really enjoying my experiences so far and already feel more confident in my size. My erections are better and I always wake up with morning wood. I’ve also been doing quite alot of kegels and trying to add some edging to my newbie routine.

The problem I’m having is that I hit the PONR pretty quickly when I try to edge, around say between 2-5 mins. However, through my kegels when I hit that PONR, alot of the time I can now kegel really hard and sort of have a dry orgasm, and then I can continue to edge for a good 15 mins or so without evening going anywhere near the PONR.

The thing is, I’m going to be getting with a new girl in a few days and I don’t want to prematurely ejaculate. We’ve fooled around recently, but not yet had sex. I’m just wondering how do you guys delay premature ejaculation during sex with kegels? Do I stop thrusting when I’m getting near the PONR and kegel really hard or is there another technique that I should use?
