Hey guys..
So.. First post here.. Since I found out of this website and started believing in jelqin (wish I found out about it when I heard of jelqin in 2007 but oh well.) I now started with the newbie routine
It consists of the good ol’ warm up then I go to 2 sets of stretching (up,down,left,right) 30 secs each set, and after, the circling one, 4 circles each side.

After that I start my jelqing, 200 jelqs..

Done all that till yesterday.. But I’m surely doing something wrong.. Idk.. I thought I was jelqin correctly! But then yesterday.. I tried aplyin some ‘pressure’ on the sides of the dick, to push the blood up and when I was done with it and took a piss I saw two small drops of what I believe was some moistured blood..

So.. Freaked out.. Searched and saw other people that had this too and just took a 3-10 days break.. I’m takin a break for now I guess..

But my question is.. What could I possibly have done wrong.. Maybe a tight grip? It doesnt feel tight..
And I’m not feelin any pain or anything.. Just that incident

Anyways.. Any suggestions on how to improve and not let shit like this happen again are welcome :D

Oh.. Just another question.. Should I be gettin any gains now? Its not even a month in.. But I just wonder..
It definitely feels ‘harder’ and right after stretchin it looks bigger when flacid.. But I havent really seen any gains..

PS: almost forgot about this.. My main goals is to gain in lenght! I currently got a 4.5”~ hard on (without pressing the pubic bone)

Be careful to do all of Your jelqs correctly. This can be overtraining or just done couple of too hard jelqs.
Take a break until it disappear and to help with healing do some warm up and “firegoat rolls”. This set helps me for any red spots and it’s a kind of simple massage.
Also, read a thread about PI’s. You will find that larger flaccid is a good sign of growth.

Think about going into some idea: do the minimal stimulus to gain. If all of Your PI’s are good (think about every indicator to judge the best You can), You can do even 50 jelqs and 1 stretch set and gain. Try it by Yourself.
Remember that You should find which exercises in which daytime, which amount/time and many many factors works You the best. Add consistency and some time and You will gain.

For my experience I tell You something.
I haven’t pleased with my gains (they stopped), but some day I asked my pretty lady to take in hand my little-big friend and tell the difference in length/width, etc. She knows about PE, but I was in heaven when she told that it’s definitely thicker and bigger at glans.
The conclusion is one: do it and be happy with the healthier and bigger, no matter if You are actually well-hung or medium-sized.

Have you been measuring and not seen gains or just by visually looking at it?

It is really hard to say if you should be seeing gains by now. Your body is different from others and we don’t know how well you are doing your technique or your consistency. If you have been watching your PI and adjusting accordingly…so many factors. You could be just a slow gainer or a more is more type guy.

The more in-tune you get with your dick and how it reacts to the exercises the better results you will achieve.

Ease up the pressure. Also, check if there is any scratch around your glans, expecially the frenulum.

Nah.. No sign of scratch around the glans.. I guess I ended up putting too much pressure on jelqin this time.. I’m still learning how to do it, it isn’t really feeling like I think it should!

But anyways.. Since my focus is first and foremost on length.. Should I add up reps on the stretches? Any ideas to improve this matter.

I don’t want to measure it again at least after I’m done with 3 months of PE.. Then ill see if I actually achieved something!
Its only me looking at it from time to time.. Probably all in my head!

PS²: I often feel when I’m jelqing that my penis gets too flaccid.. I’m not even sure if its at the 40% margin.. Maybe it is right at that limit! Any cautions I gotta have on this matter? And also.. Any way/trick to keep/increase the % of erection?

Since you have only been doing it for about half a month, you just need to stay consistent and watch your PI’s. I like to measure each month to see if my positive PI’s are equalling growth. If not, I then adjust my routine by adding an exercise or time.

I have grown 1/4” in a month but if you asked me if I thought I looked bigger, the answer would have been no. Keep at it and if your PI is doing well, you might be able to add 5 minutes more stretching.

What does PI’s mean? I’ve looked it up in the abbreviation section and there is no such thing!

If you are using a computer (as opposed to a phone or tablet) hover your mouse pointer over any underlined word… PI for instance. It should pop up the full term of the abbreviation.

The first few weeks of PE is actually spent learning. You learn what kind of grip is best for you to do a stretch, how to squeeze the penis when jelqing and so on.

I would recommend starting out with lower pressure and then increasing it as you feel comftable. I’ve never myself seen any blood from a workout, you must have pinched it like you wanted it to die.
