Advice, need girth!

Ok so I have been PEing for over three months now. I have had some gains that I am quite happy with. Though to my eye it doesn’t look that much different. My main goal is girth. I was wondering what people thought I should add to my routine.

Currently the routine is:

-5 minute warm up
-5-10 minute stretching
-15 minute jelq (varying styles)
-3 minutes of some elementary manual squeezes
-Warm down

I don’t really want to go the whole pumping route. Not that I have experience with it, it is just not something I really want to buy/do.

Thus, I ask for you opinions of what to add/change. As we all know any growth is good growth, but I need that girth. In my head it doesn’t look proportionate. Especially because I have a big ass headpiece.

My goal for girth is 5.2. Do you think it is possible to do that in a year?

One that has really helped me is to pause every 5-10 jelqs, hold my grips below the glans and at the base, keggle as much blood in as possible for expansion the gently push towards the mid-shaft and do slow bends under this pressure. Be cautious and watch the pressures. This makes my shaft very vascular and bulges as in a balooning exercise. I have made significant gains, permanent gains I might add, using this method.

I think the 3-5 minute pre-warm soak is crucial. I do 20 minutes at 2-3 second stroke times in a wet jelq and a post warm for about 3 minutes. I perform the motions mentioned above about every 5th -10th stroke throughout the routine.

Holly shit 9 inch. You have had amazing girth growth. I will definitely take your advice. May the PE Gods be as kind to me as they are to you.

You gained 0.2” in less then 3 months. It’s not bad at all. I’d stick with it, raising slowly the number of jelqs. Sorry if doesn’t sounds original :) .

Like I said I’m not complaining. But I am one of those guys that does not really want a dick longer than 7.5 inches. I never understood why people want a lot more. I find having 7.35 inches a pain in the ass sometimes. Say good by to full penetration doggie style. At least in most of my experience. Some can take but it is rare in my experience.

Thus, I want to adjust my routine to specifically get a thicker cock. Though I know some length will naturally come with any exercise most likely.

Typically, you should not make changes to a routine that is yielding good gains until the well runeth dry, don’t fix what isn’t broke, so to speak. Your gains thus far are very good. I would jot the advice down at this point but save it for when it is needed, then make gradual changes.

Marinera’s advice is good. Concentrate more on girth at this point, maybe a slight increase in actual jelq time and watch your PI’s.
