Advice, need girth!
Ok so I have been PEing for over three months now. I have had some gains that I am quite happy with. Though to my eye it doesn’t look that much different. My main goal is girth. I was wondering what people thought I should add to my routine.
Currently the routine is:
-5 minute warm up
-5-10 minute stretching
-15 minute jelq (varying styles)
-3 minutes of some elementary manual squeezes
-Warm down
I don’t really want to go the whole pumping route. Not that I have experience with it, it is just not something I really want to buy/do.
Thus, I ask for you opinions of what to add/change. As we all know any growth is good growth, but I need that girth. In my head it doesn’t look proportionate. Especially because I have a big ass headpiece.
