Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

This is going to really help out newbies like me, thoughtfulgold. Should be added to the newbie routine page for reference!

If you are cut and experiencing dryness, incorporating vitamin E lotion, cocoa butter, coconut oil or A&D Ointment may help. I recommend those in that order. The effect of any of these moisturizers can be increased by covering the area, like say with an unlubricated condom after application. If you are sure it is the level of hot water exposure, cut the showers down in duration and shield yourself from direct exposure to said hot water. This can be done with your hand or a barrier of sorts. I still recommend moisturizer also but if the cause can be isolated this is good.

Also, have you changed soaps or washcloths recently? While it may look frilly, the “caress style loofah” is gentler than any rag I’ve used. Some bar soaps like Zest or Irish Spring do cause dryness. I recommend Dove and Lever 2000, or Aveeno brand bath accessories. This is speaking as a child who had exema so I’ve dried many dry skin methods. This is my second most recommended method, to be used in tandem with moisturizer. The skin of the penis is more sensitive than that of the face, in my opinion.

I haven’t seen dry skin from jelqing so I would definitely look at the bathroom practices and goods you’re using. There’s a small chance this is a hard water problem also but this is uncommon in treated city water, more a countryside issue. I’m no water expert though.

I read a few things about extenders in the other feed that linked me to this one. TG you said that you had results from using one..
I have the quick extender pro, and use I from 2-8 hours every day.. Haven’t missed in 3 months.
My manual routine is 2 on, 1 off
5 min warm up (hot shower or rice sock)
10 mins stretches (you,D,L,R), then 50 jelqs/V jelqs alternating in sets of 10 or so (based on what I’m feeling)
10 mins edging
5 min warm down..

I then immediately put my extender on (with 1/4“‘less tension than normal), and try to keep it on until I “cool down” and feel a good ‘flaccid relaxed extension/stretch’ happening .. If that makes sense. Almost as if I’m in the extender, but now the tension is virtually gone.. My penis has “acclimated”..
Then I will usually go out for a couple beers with my AB Silicone sleeve on (ADS). . Always fun talking to women at bars and thinking “if she only knew what I was wearing) Hahaaa
So, my question..
If I take a week or so off from manual PE.. Is there still value in utilizing the extender alone? Can one “heal” yet still do much more passive things to “maintain gains” if you will??
Maybe I’m just in such a good routine, that I don’t want to take a break yet, and I’m still making gains steadily with great PI’s..
1/2 ” gain in BPEL, 1/8” EG..
Any thoughts appreciated!

Rest never hurts your PIs. I cannot ever recommend skipping rest days. Just hold your routine steady. No increases. Keep resting the schedule you’ve been on. Ride the gains out gently. Don’t rock the boat.

It’s working for a reason. Never fix what ain’t broke.

I decided this morning after reading an article, that on rest days, I’m really going to make sure that secondary components are nicely in place ( no caffeine, I still might utilize a heat session.).

I’m keeping a detailed journal, so I’m hoping to have some good feedback to share as time goes on.

I’m loving these forums guys!

I really appreciate those that share, and I’m hoping I can contribute in a similar fashion.

I tell people in my own pe, I’m not afraid to rest on a rest day. I often don’t do anything. Much less grab any devices. Don’t be afraid to be idle. Being fresh for the next routine is more useful usually.

This is my first morning in a long time I didn’t use my extender, and everything seems extremely relaxed!

It looks like it’s working on both my brain and my brain down below. Ha ha

Tomorrow I (hopefully)will be having sex, so I’m eager to see how that goes after my first full day off in several months.

There is saying in my country: Never change the winning team!
So, your routine seems to be extremely succesful, that you do not need to change anything. Growth of half inch lenght and 1/8 girth for 4 months is dream for everyone.
I am envy you in good way, congrats.
Dont change anything, drinking beer in bar with stretcher is nice story too.

When I start PE 11 month ago, after I found Thundersplace here, I spent more than 100 hours reading about advices and techniques for newbies, so I know every word from your girst post in this thread.

But, you gain 1,3 inch in 18 month, and 2 inches in 4 (four) years in your begining. And don’t remember anything, and you think that is not well done!!??

I think that yours experience, with more details, from starting time, is more worth, than newbie advices which allready exists on TP for 10 years and more.

I think that 1,3 inch lenght and 0,7 inch girth growth in 18 month is amazing, so I think that routine(s) you had been doing than was exellent and veeeery eficient, but not chaotic and random as you try to convince us.

It was chaotic and random. A lot of the gains were based on Erection Quality and I never saw a 10 quality erection before PE. Take a look at my log. I talk about the things I used to do in depth. It’s pretty chaotic but other factors helped me gain.

I got only water pump, Aquaman, some kind of european version of Penomat. Don’t use it after I discover TP.

I still use newbie routine, 10,5 month.

My bad, I was thinking about extender, not hanging.

Thanks for offering to help, but I started with classical newbie routine and I think that I must be more focused. I allready don’t rush, my routine is about 25 minutes + warm up.

What I want to say, you didn’ use newbie routine in first few years, so I don’t know what to ask, about some little improvements, different angles and aproaches. It’s very simple for me, when start with newbie routine and have red a half TP in first place.

But I need to ask you about your experience with HGH. It will be very interesting.

Can you share with us details about that? Or you already did it!?…..
