I am about five months into pe and need some advice. I have pretty much stuck with the newbie routine but tried a
Little clamping which left my dick not feeling well so I nipped that in the bud after two sessions. I have bought a pump and used it twice at very low settings-2.5hg for a few three minute sets. So, newbie plus a little experimentation thrown in.

My problem is that with my current schedule I cannot really stick to a set 2 on 1 off routine. I basically have to get pe in when I can which has been less and less. When I did the newbie routine regularly I felt that I was starting to gain and get better eq. I have never had eq issues but I was getting raging hardons all the time and morning wood that would be very persistent.

So, with that being said should I just stick with the newbie routine when I can or is there something el I could try for my inconsistent sessions? I know that pe is all about discipline, consistency and time to get gains and avoid injury. It seems to me that doing some now and then is better than doing none. I just want to get the most out of the sessions that i can fit in.

Maybe try some stealth PE? Stretching a little after every piss you take.

Let’s say you take about 4- 5 trips to the toilet each day and do 2- 5 min of stretching each time, it all adds up quite well and this way you can possibly also have your dick hanging low all day.
Maybe even mix in some jelqing at the end of the day for good blood-flow during the night, kegel you can do through the day when ever, where ever.

EDIT; To stay dedicated and regular you can do it on week days only and take the weekend completely off or any other 2/1, 2/2 schedule that may suit you.

Good advice. I some of those now. After every piss I dry jelq about ten times and I stealth stretch throughout the day. I can’t really warmup to do those things those so aren’t I risking injury?

The warm up is good to have but one can do without it as well, just make sure you don’t stretch too hard to begin with, ease into the stretch and don’t grip too tight when you jelq, your unit will tell you if you are doing damage.

The thing is also when one has to piss the dick will be quite warm and stretchy, in my experience at least. Just show some caution and take it easy as with every PE exercise.
On another note you say you want to jelq after every piss, why not stretch as it is a bit safer to do when not properly warmed up, the risk of damage is a little bit higher with jelqing. Are you going for girth only?

No, I want some length as well. An inch of length and 1/2 to 3/4 girth cemented would suit me just fine. I know a lot of guys say that, achieve that and then want more but I hope I can stick with that goal. I really had no dick issues with being average, in fact one woman even said that I surprised her, she thought iwas going to be smaller. Then I would suggest that you focus primarily on stretching first as it is easier to gain length and after a while you can switch to a more girth focused routine. Keep to jelqing at the end of the day and stretch through out the day is my suggestion.

Your starting size is not bad at all and your goals you can reach with some dedication, so stay committed and don’t focus on getting a bigger dick just for show. You want a tool that you can use in the end.

I was about your starting size as well and I even got told by one girl that I almost tore her up, she was so, so tight. What I’m trying to say all girls are different as well and some have cow pussies and some have tiny little ones so don’t put to much focus on what women tell you, you have a good starting size and your wife probably did not mean anything about it when she said it. Thanks for the advice, I think I will do just that. I can probably get some good stretching throughout the day and jelqing at night. I have started to do more in the shower which is a great place to warm up.

Should I use the pump when I can? I don’t know if people have had success using pumps off and on. I will probably be able to use it once or twice a week and just keep it on a low setting.

A little bit of light pumping should not do too much damage but ‘listen’ to your unit and don’t overdo it. But for the first few weeks I would stick to the stretching and jelqing only to get a feel of how much your unit can take without affecting EQ negatively.

You might experience a drop in EQ during the week though but having the weekend off will let it regenerate and get better+ it feels good to have the weekends off knowing you have done your routine all week.
The shower idea is good, nice and warm.

Do people generally lose eq when they stretch? When I was consistent with the newbie routine at he beginning eq was great. It is still good with not doing much. I usually get morning wood but not the rock hard won’t go away all the time. No troubles getting it hard with my wife though. Even though I know she has had bigger and liked that I can still wear her pussy out with a good 45 minutes of intense fucking. I am usually up for another go in twenty minutes which we used to do a lot but those fuck all day days have gone away.

So, stealthily stretch, jelq at night and pump when I can. Any thoughts on an ads or hanging? I could hang more frequently in my current situation/schedule. I feel that my dick is fairly well conditioned now to pe. More importantly I feel that I am much more aware of it and my limitations. I think I could try something new like hanging and do it safely with minimal weight and increase time and weight slowly-not more than a pound a week or two.

I am liking the new routine of stretching after each piss, I can do wach stretch for 30 seconds unless I am in a public bathroom. I piss the average amount, 5-6 times per day so that with jelqing a little at night and pumping when I can is my new routine. Here’s hoping I see some gains! I am looking into hanging as well, thoughts?
