Advice for my beginning routine

I am new too PE and I’m very excited to begin my quest for BPEL 8”× EG 6”. I’m currently BPEL 7”× EG 5” and from what I’ve been reading think its an obtainable goal threw hard work and dedication. I’ve read quite a bit the past few days and this is the routine I’ve come up with.

5 min. Warm up in shower with washcloth rapped around penis
5min. Stretch. 2 × 30 seconds pull up, down, left, right, and straight
10 min. Lubricated jelq
5 min. Rice sock warm down

Also I’ve been reading about rest days how less is more. Should I go with every other day or 2 on 1 off and 1 on 1
Off.

I think the standard NR is a little too much, and the LNR is too little. I would halve the standard NR and build up from there. But the biggest temptation and mistake is to build up your routine too fast. If you are gaining, don’t increase anything - only increase when the gains slow right down or stop. That way you won’t toughen up the tissues and make it harder to gain in the long run.

Thank you very much for your input. My first session I did 200 wet jelqs and felt it was too much. Yesterday was my second workout and I only did 120 wet jelqs and I felt much better. I think I will stick with that count for the first week and increase by 10 jelqs a week.

When I started PE the first time 200 jelqs was too much for me. I was sore all the time. I started back up the other week only doing 50 jelqs and 15 minutes of stretch and it feels much better. You can always do more once you get acclimated.

I have been using the OK grip and been getting sore under my glands. I have been trying to find videos on the pinch pull grip because I’ve read you don’t get sore and very unlikely you can hurt yourself with it. After several hours of searching I still couldn’t find the information I needed. How do you properly perform the pinch pull grip?

Just grip the sides of your penis, not the bottom. Usually done with the thumb on one side and the index finger on the other, palm facing away from your body. As long as you are moving the blood up your shaft, the grip is correct, so experiment! :)

What percentage of erection while jelqing is best for length and what is best for girth. I’m much more interested in girth gains but will gladly take any length gains I get.

Any erection level will affect both length and girth, but the general consensus is that higher erection levels are better for girth.

Jelqing doesn’t work very well below 40% as there is not enough blood to create meaningful expansion throughout the stroke.

Above 90% the chambers you are trying to expand start to become too rigid to really have enough elasticity for effective jelqing (and above 90% increases injury risk).

Therefore I would put optimum ‘general purpose’ jelqing at 60/65%, with anything above that being slightly more girth than length orientated.

Because it is difficult to maintain a single erection level throughout a jelqing workout, I consider anything between 40% and 90% to be effective, but would aim for 50-80% for most of the session.

Thank you very much I’m super excited to continue my PE. To me its like working out my body which I love to do. After my third workout today my lady and I got busy and she said she felt like a stuffed turkey. Lets just say that’s more than enough for me too continue.

Any advice for a rookie

I’ve only been PEing for a week and love it. Starting stats BPEL=7
EG=5, my short term goal is BPEL=7.25 EG=5.25. My ultimate goal is the magic 8×6. I follow a routine that’s between the noobie and linear.

10 min. Warm up in shower
5 min. Stretch 2× up, down, left, and right
120 wet jelqs.. I will increase by twenty every week
10 min. Warm down with rice sock

My main question is, should I be applying heat between stretching and jelqing. Also I will make my first donation upon hitting my first short term goal. Thank you for your input and I’m really appreciating this site.

I merged your threads, since were pretty much the same. I think the more consistently you apply heat, the better, although most of people get gains doing just the warm up at the beginning of the session.
