Advice for my beginning routine
I am new too PE and I’m very excited to begin my quest for BPEL 8”× EG 6”. I’m currently BPEL 7”× EG 5” and from what I’ve been reading think its an obtainable goal threw hard work and dedication. I’ve read quite a bit the past few days and this is the routine I’ve come up with.
5 min. Warm up in shower with washcloth rapped around penis
5min. Stretch. 2 × 30 seconds pull up, down, left, right, and straight
10 min. Lubricated jelq
5 min. Rice sock warm down
Also I’ve been reading about rest days how less is more. Should I go with every other day or 2 on 1 off and 1 on 1
