The rice sock is a much better warm up than the shower, so better to use the RS for warm up and shower for warm down.

As my sig line says, I am a huge fan of heat, so I’d say in an ideal world, heating between sets is a good idea. But as your stretching is only 5 mins there will still be plenty of pliability from the warm up and stretching for you to jelq without warming up again if you are short of time.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

When I PE I’m never short on time I make sure I can get the best workout possible. If hard work and dedication is what it takes, then that’s what I’m gonna do. I’ve just reading about how heat makes a big difference.
