Advice for my baseball bat shaped penies

I have a penis that is shaped like a baseball bat (it’s thinner at the base 3.5” and thicker towards the glans 4.5”). I just started PE’ing several weeks ago.

I’d like to make it to where I have a more consistent thickness, therefore gaining more girth in my base. My question is, how can I do this? Is there any specific routines or ways to jelq that’ll help?

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

To start with, just do the newbie routine. There are things that you can do to “correct” a baseball bat shape but all of them need you to have a bit of experience and conditioning under your belt. And you may well chub out your base with the newbie routine anyway.

I am pretty sure that guys have used variations of some of the advanced girth exercises to do what you are taking about. You will need to wait for someone more knowledgeable on that topic to chime in or go crazy with the search function.

What I do know for a fact is that guys with your shape that end up hanging almost always get rid of the baseball bat. If (not when) you turn to hanging here is your Hanging101 reading list. Most Important Hanging Threads More of a learning curve than hands on PE but much easier than it looks at first glance. And you can do it on the cheep with $20 of supplies from Homedepo.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

When you’re jelqing, try to keep your erection level high enough that the pressure doesn’t just start to build when you are half way up the stroke or you could exacerbate the baseball bat effect. If you keep it 75% + (not more than 85% though) and kegel just before the stroke, so pressure starts at the start of the stroke, it should stop that happening. Jelqing too hard and too flaccid (say 40%) is not good for baseball bat shapes. I found just manual stretching filled out the base quite a bit. Hanging did even more, and pumping gave temporary base gains that almost turned it into a tree-trunk shape.

I’d start with just the stretching (i.e. not hanging or pumping yet, as iamaru said) and emphasise it over the jelqing to begin with. Do keep some jelqing in the routine though.
