Advice for a small penis

Hi,

My current size is 5.5in NBPEL and about 4 inches erect girth. I have been doing PE pretty half ass for the last 2 years, mostly unstructured stretching and on and off and ADS with the Penimaster PRO. What I mean by unstructured is I kinda fail at following a routine due to work constraints. Pretty much anytime I have spare time alone I try to get some PE in, I try to get at least 5hrs of ADS 4 days a week. Honestly I have maybe grown 0.5in in length and very little girth in those last 2 years. My main problem is loosing motivation as I see little to no gains.

All the post and threads I see are from guys with 6+ inches with massive girth. I feel like there is just not enough dick to work with. Is there anybody that started off small like me and had some effective gains? If so what did you do and what was your routine.

FYI I have bought a bib hanger, but I’m too skinny to get any decent use out of it, it never manages to stay on. Maybe due to small head.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Sorry in advance if there is a thread for this but I couldn’t find one relating to small penises.

Sounds like you need to work on your wrap. With enough wrap it will negate any lack of girth. Plus you need to adjust the bottom bolts inward most likely.

In my opinion the hardest part of the bib is getting the fit appropriate for the dimensions of the individual. Once you get close you just need to dial it in slowly.

The hanger will absolutely not hold onto your head in any way. If it is sliding downward you need to tighten it harder. You don’t want the hanger close to your head. There is a nerve bundle that you need to avoid.

My first reflections are that your size is not small but falls in the average group as far as I understand. My second reflection is that 0.5 inch gains are quite ok. I have a similar sized penis and I would love to get 0.5 inches in gains. That is over a cm and that would make me happy :) . I have read in the forum that jelqing with flaccid penis approve length and jelqing with erect penis ( up to approx. 75 % erection ) approve girth. I don’t hang but I use the penimasterPro too. I do use it consistent 8 hours ( stealth way with belt under clothes ) every day. Some of the veterans, at Thunders, strongly point out that it might be better with lighter force and to use heat. When I jelq I do try to use an IR-lamp to heat my penis.

I am 55 years old and I do believe that at an older age it is harder to gain a lot. When you are young it is still a bit of natural length gains that you can achieve. / regards Soulmedeep

Would you care trying something else? Leave hangers etc alone.

Start jelqing and stretching. Only manuals. Evaluate in a year. You allready habe trained for 2 years, so what’s another one?

You are on top average in length with 5.5nbpel. Why? Cause I assume you are at least 6 bpel, maybe more, so what seems to be the problem?

You are a little low on girth. Here is a tip. Dry jelq.

Just posting to say I started at your same size, and am now up to slightly above average. So stay with it. If you want it and stay consistent, you will gain. As bill10 said, we started at more or less average in length. Only our girth is smaller than normal. Maybe you will get more motivation from pursuing girth gains. For me, when I crossed above 4.5” girth, that was the threshold at which I began to feel “big”. This gave added confidence in the process, and as you said, also makes it a little easier to use the Bib hanger.

I joined today after reading for years partly because of this thread. I started at 4.25” girth, half-arsed jelqing around 2000, after some ex girlfriend humiliation. Took me over 5 years to get to 4.5” girth. Stopped for awhile. Then more drama with the wife got me seriously doing daily jelqing and research. About 2007, was doing 15 minutes routines daily, off and on for over another two years before I got to 5” girth and had to stop on length work due to cervix pounding. Still not where the wife’s ex was. More intense exercises and after another year, 5.25. Since then, off and on dangerous exercises have got me to 5.75 on a good day. I have bled, bruised, and discolored my unit along the way. It takes time and motivation to come from the low girths. A long time and honestly, patience, heat, consistancy, and planned rests are the way to go. The more you get, gains get easier. So yeah, be careful at 4” girth and dedicated to it, and yeah, you can get there. Length will come with jelqing easier.

Great first post, inspirational for starting in the low 4”s for girth. Sounds like you have doubled or nearly tripled on volume!

I started with a 4.4” girth and after five years of a fairly aggressive pumping routine, I (and my wife) now enjoy 5.5” in girth.

How important is heat when doing PE?
Should I invest in a pump?
Any particular jelquing routine I should start with?

I attribute most of my girth gains to a fairly aggressive pumping routine - 20 minutes twice a day.

Heat is very important. Use heat through the whole routine.

No pumps yet.

Start with the linear routine, continue with th newbie, take a full week break every 6-8 weeks of PE.

After 6 months to a year you can buy a pump.

Heat is definitely important to avoid injury and loosen up the tissue. Think post shower or in the bath if you don’t have a good wrap method.

Thanks Bearded Dragon, coming from low girth is seriously the biggest challenge in PE, in my opinion. I would gladly lose an inch in length for another half in girth.

I have a pump, but seldom have the privacy to use it. Swapped out the bulb pump with a automotive brake pump so I can gauge the pressure accurately. Started clamping after 7-8 years, but even after toughening myself with manual exercises, still prone to patechia or bleeding if I overdo it.

Some exercises don’t work well for me, never got the hang of twist stretching, for instance. Test what you find, take breaks, take your time. It does work, learn your body’s limits, then step up the methods gradually.

Manual is first.

Why shouldn’t he use pumps?
