Hi everyone! I usually post in the italian forum as I am italian but this one is far more active so i decided to ask my question here also.
Long story short: started pe in november 2015 with newbie routine. First and last gain a month and a half later, 0,5 inches in lenght (6’ stretching, around 100 oiled jelqs). Now my routine is 10’30” stretching and 180 oiled jelqs. Should I have gained some more since december? If so, should I consider the idea to start back with linear newbie routine (consider that in august I will not be able to practice pe for 14 days, not in a row), or maybe I should continue with my present routine ‘till september and then decide?

Continue with what you are doing until September, even if doesn’t work it will keep the penis conditioned.

Then start fresh and mix up things a bit. Try some orange bends and some squeezes etc.

Anyway, there is plenty of time ahead, we can talk about modifications in September.

Lenny: hi! Now that you asked maybe my PIs are not so good. I’ve never had a lot of morning woods but since i started pe they become really common. 2 weeks ago nearly without modify the routine (just jelquing a bit more hard the last 50 jelqs) they slowed down a bit in intensity and frequency.
My schedule is:
- 5/6 mins warmup with hot water
- 10’30” manual stretches with constant heat
- 180 oiled jelqs with constant heat (when possible)
- 5/6 mins warmup

A couple guys told me to switch to dry jelq since my foreskin is a lot, like 0.4 inches after the glans (i mean with glans covered yet). Maybe is a variation I should consider?

PI will dictates what to do next. Morning and night woods are good indicators, but we have more important ones to consider: erections hardness and their duration.

If 10/10 for both, you can plan to upgrade your routine.

Well for hardness I would say 9/10, for duration what do you mean? How long i last during sex?

I’m following the basic 2 on 1 off, sometimes (very rarely actually) I take 2 off for some reason so maybe the next time I do 3 on 1 off to put things normal.

How long the erection lasts and if you need too much estimulation (edge or everybody else’s body parts) to stay erect. Erections that fade quickly are bad news.

2 by 1 is a great schedule.

By the looks of all this, your penis is accustomed to your current routine. I believe that upgrades in time (not intensity/pressure) should be the next step, to see what happens.

Read around and wait for more opinions before anything.

I would say erections are okay, a 8/10 now, so I think no bad news ahaha.

I also thought that I should have increased the time of the routine but really was disappointed because of increasing it without any result. In you opinion it will be better to improve the stretches, the jelq or both?

Like always, PE is trial and error. Spent the last 3 months changing routine without results in my size. Unfortunately, this is how is played for the most of us, lots of hard work and planning.

Hi! Decided to revive this post because some things changed in the last few months.

I arrived to September upgrading very little the routine just to keep the penis conditioned, then in September chenged the routine. I started again to stretch to the sides instead of the front stretch, and switched the wet jelqs for the dry (to try to improve my EG).
Now I’m at 14 minutes of stretching and 100 dry jelqs. Also I’m doing 4 holds of 1 minutes 30 seconds each.
The stats improved, my nbp varies from 6,5inches to 6,7 inches now and I’m very happy.

My EG since I started PE never improved. Do you have any advices? I didn’t found any “hold guide” in the search option so I don’t know what to do.

Hi brant, nice to see a fellow Italian around here speaking English! ( I’m a Sicilian living in the UK my whole life).

I too struggled to gain girth. At what level erection do you jelq? Id say it needs to be in the region on 50%-80% to be effective, and do them really slowly (minimum 5 seconds per stroke). One thing that has given me some help has staying in an expanded state for longer. What i mean is perhaps looking to invest in a pump with a gauge and do low vacuum OR buy a decent cock ring and edge for 10minutes or so after your routine to really get it filled up with fresh blood in its biggest state for some time.

Hi AverageG! I’m also glad to see some Italian here on the English forum, we’re not so much ahahah.
I’m actually jelqing beetween 50 and 80% of erection, I pay attenction to that because I’m afraid to get red spots and injuries in general, but maybe I should do the jelq slowly, I’m at 2/3 seconds for each now.

Unfortunately I can’t buy big tools, because I live with my family, but maybe I could get a cock ring. Do you recommend it instead of practicing holds?
Now when at the end of a session my penis is well engorged I use to wrap an hair band at the base to keep it engorged.

Since last time I wrote in this thread I have seen no progress.

In one year and 2 months with newbie routine I achieved a 0,6 inches improvement in lenght and there are few months I can’t progress.
Actually my routine is 15 minutes stretching, every stretch is one minute long, and 130 dry jelqs.

Any advice? I’m starting to get discouraged a little bit.

I would like to go for another 0,4 inch improvement in lenght and 0,5 inch in girth.

Hi Brant

You are really close to your goal, maybe you should try to take a decon break of 4-6 weeks and then restart with a lighter routine.
