Just wanted to say thank you. We see all the time on here how important it is to take it slow and steady. I needed these words at this time and will keep them with me.

Yup, I agree with this. It is easy to go big with shock and awe. I was heading down that road and my penis was definitely just flat out getting tired. Lots of pumping, lots of clamping and using a penis extender averaging 6 hours a day.

After some dialogue with TG I realized I was going way too hard. I took a month off and now I am going way easier and accepting the marathon. It seems practical that we want to find the least amount of force that provides incremental, yet consistent growth.

Assure the penis that it’s not under attack and sneak up on those gains!

I am wondering what gains you saw, both length and girth, over the last six months to a year of 10 minute clamps every other day?

Also, how long and often do you do the Firegoat rolls?

Thanks GoldDinger for your words of Wisdom. I’ve been somewhat stubborn myself, evem when my P.I.’s are awesome from light work outs, I always want to “step it up”.

May I ask what were your starting measurements and current?

Especially the going slow, the well-being and the “mental” parts - i think mindset is very important… believe your penis is growing and visualize it and feel it bigger.
Wow, I also do the “ghost penis” thing, stretching my “imaginary” penis even more.
Instead of seeing is believing, I’m more and more inclined each day to think that reality is based on “believing is seeing”.
I’ve been just one month doing PE but I already have gains; 7 mm in length and 3 mm in girth.
I almost spend more time warming up than doing exercises hahah my routine is as follows:

5 min warmup (hot wet towel)
1 series of stretches
2 min warmup
1 series of stretches
2 min warmup
80 jelqs
5 min warmdown

Since I am gaining with this, should I leave the routine the same or should I reduce it to use even less force?
Is this routine considered “too much” for you guys?
I personally think it is really easy on my penis - havent had a single negative PI, not even redness, red spots or irritation - but I wanna hear you opinion.

Sounds like my length routine, though I usually go 100 jelqs. Also I use constant heat with an IR lamp, so no warm up breaks. And my second series of stretches is JAI stretches. I’m starting to think it’s a little more than I need, so I’ll be cutting back by about 1/3 I think. Your routine looks good.

“Believing is seeing” only goes for achievable things which are heavily influenced by a state of mind, otherwise we’d be seeing some weird crap in children’s bedrooms haha. But yes, I also think the subliminal blaster has been helping me make some progress.

Funny thing, I’m 45yrs old, and have done PE on-off over the years, but this summer decided to get into it after I took a blue pill and noticed the difference in EQ.

Man, I was a teenager again!

Anyway, I’ve also exercised all my life. I never have been a believer in getting sore at the gym, and at one point I was 175lb lean (I’m 5’6”), which is just about the size of a college running back. My gf (now wife) said I looked like I was training for MMA. And I ~never~ got sore.

Why? Because getting sore prolongs recovery. It weakens you, and it can cause long-term injuries. For a while during this time, when I was getting big, I decided to lift heavy. I tore my left shoulder during incline presses with 85lb dumbbells. And my left knee still complains from those 700lb leg presses (I’m a big dude on the leg press, baby!).

But, I forgot that lesson when I got serious about PE. I started out slow around May/June this year, peckering around with my pecker until I figured out what I wanted to do. Did some research, same stuff I’d seen for years and years, then I found Thunder and hooked in and started reading about the direct experiences here (wonderful site!). I saw some newbie gains, and I said to myself, Pull harder!

I’m not injured, but I’m sore, and it reminds me why I never got sore at the gym. It impacts recovery time, weakens you, and prolongs the entire process. Do a little, heal a little, do a little more and heal a little more and so on. The reason steroids work is they reduce recovery time. You do a more, heal more and so on. It’s still a work-heal process, and sore should not be part of it.

Now I’m back to the routine I was doing a month ago, before I amped up my tuggies and squeezies. I also added cutoff times using my phone as a timer and a safety measure against my own excitement. Hard not to get excited when you see progress with any project you undertake, but it is always wise to curb that enthusiasm.

And posts like yours remind me that I’m not the only one who believes this, or sees the proof in the results.
