On an other forum I’ve read a thread from someone who says that you should only do one advanced exercise at a time. For example he said that after your regular stretches you can do 1 advanced exercise. When that exercise is worked out for you, you should drop him out of your routine and replace it with an other one.
How do you guys think about this? I often do more than 1 advanced exercise(a-stretch,v-stretch) after my regular stretches 7x2min.
