On an other forum I’ve read a thread from someone who says that you should only do one advanced exercise at a time. For example he said that after your regular stretches you can do 1 advanced exercise. When that exercise is worked out for you, you should drop him out of your routine and replace it with an other one.

How do you guys think about this? I often do more than 1 advanced exercise(a-stretch,v-stretch) after my regular stretches 7x2min.

You have to be well-“conditioned” before you attempt the advanced exercises. Once you are there, just gauge how you respond to any that you try. Just don’t start a new one until you know for sure that you tolerate the first one. If you start two at one time, you won’t know which one did the harm if harm occurs.

I understand that you should be conditioned first, but it is possible to combine more advanced exercises in 1 workout?

Yes you can, AFTER you are conditioned well.
