Newbie going into my 3rd week. I’ve read a lot of the forum info now but still can’t come to a conclusion for my routine. I’m single again so I have time in the evenings for a good workout. But, after reading the forum it seems to me that the best thing for gaining length would be the ADS. That would give plastic gains in length rather than elastic. I have no concern for girth at this point because it makes a lot of sense that the more girth, the harder it is to gain in length. I also have a low LOT, maybe 7- 7:30.
I’m wondering if I should only stretch because jelqing would probably gain in girth?
Also, pumping makes a lot of sense to me because it applies even pressure on the entire tunica.
It also seems that 1 day on and 1 off would be smart allowing for healing and not toughening up the tunica..
