ADS without results

I am thinking of adding an ads to my routine in the next month or two. I was wondering if anyone had used ads without gains? Which ads would be best in the following areas:

Comfort
Effectiveness
Price
Best overall value

I also have an apadravya piercing so devices that attach to the head would probably be a problem for me. Does anyone with an apadravya use an ads and have advice?

I have heard good and bad things about ADS devices on ebay. Monekeybars (a member here) has a overall good reputation, but the price is a bit steep.

PE or golf weights seem so simple and easy…not to mention economical.

I use a dumbbell sellotaped to the end of of my unit.

Not going great so far.

What I should of said was,
Avoid the Max extender and try anything which looks medically clean and has metal extension rods.
That’s all I can really comment on. Everyone can gain from any type of ADS as long as they use it correctly.
And I think most of them are head fitting.

I had a ADS and manual routine which really did the trick for me.
I ended up with a lot of girth after it.

You’ve got a great idea to purchase an ADS. They are in my opinion the finest choice for ensuring that you gain length. The one that I’ve had the most success with is the FastSize extender. I don’t know what to say about your piercing, but I don’t expect that anyone else will have the same problem. You’d probably want to take the jewelry out while you wear the extender because once you get through a few months you’ll be doing quite the serious stretch that could easily be a problem in combination with your piercing.

Are you saying that length gains come easier if one uses an ADS? I admit I do NOT use an ADS and I’m having difficulty gaining length. Very slow gains so far, so much that I’ve switched my focus to girth.

Initial nbpel: 5.5", Current: 6.2" (short-term goal 7.0")

I suppose some suggest a newbie should not be using them but I don’t find them to be a strain at all. I am on the newbie routine and stretch in the morning. When I am done I wear the golf weights (3 of them ~ 1lb) pretty much all day. Then I jelq at night and fowfer while I sleep. I have noticeable flaccid gains and erect length seems longer but I don’t plan to measure until mid next month…and I have only been using them for a couple of weeks.

Toobsnake has a great post where he describes using an extender after his morning exercises so he heals in an extended state. Big Girtha and Plein Lee are other great gainers who swear by them. I like the golf weights because they barely offer a gentle stretch…they just keep me in my stretched state after my morning work. With above average girth, I actually wear them all day with no wrapping.

I don’t think an ADS will be very beneficial on their own, though some have claimed to gain just by using them with no manual PE. But I believe an ADS can complement manual work and the hanging that the vets do. Admittedly, I should reserve complete judgement until after several more months but I am excited about the initial results. Ring weights just happen to be my choice for an ADS. I wear dress clothes to work and they are easily concealed under moderately baggy dress pants.

I think a combination of light manual exercises will be beneficial with an ADS. That is the current route that I am going right now.

To the original poster: you should see newbie gains for a period of time. After that you will probably hit a plateau where gains come very slowly, if at all. At that point you will have to become more aggressive by incorporating exercises like hanging, ADS, clamping, squeezes, etc. Read up on these things and do your best.

There are no guarantees. How much you gain is up to you and your level of effort.

Sounds like you have experienced such gains and that is great. I have read of others who gained nothing but maybe they used it incorrectly or not long enough.
