ADS - When can you start to use one?

Hi everyone,

I have a Vac Extender ADS and was wondering how long after starting the newbie routine can I start to use it without having any negative effects to my gains?

I have been doing the newbie routine for just under 2 months.

Wait until your gains slow or stop from the newbie routine at the very least and potentially wait until you’ve exhausted all manual options beyond the newbie routine as well.

I was initially thinking of wearing a ADS with a very loose tension just to keep everything elongated so that it can heal a lengthier state rather than just sitting flacid or slightly turtled. I presume this is not a correct way of thinking?

It’s one theory behind how ADS might work, if it works. So, it’s possible that you are not wrong but why mess with your chances of gains at such an early stage.

Agreed. Get the most you can out of the newbie routine and gains. Why use anything but your hands so early on. Good 🍀
