ADS vs Hanging

So I want to wear an ADS because I want to avoid turtling, and I read that also ADS can give length gains, but I also read that if you wear ADS it could prevent or worsen your hanging or normal manual techniques gains because if makes the penis harder to lenghten

If your turtling your doing too much. However if your wanting to use an ADS for length gains and not because of turtling that’s a different story
