ADS/sleeve for intense activities

I’ve been consistent with PE for the past months, and although I’m satisfied with the gains I’ve mad so far, there are some minor shortcomings in my current routine. I’m hanging (attaching weights to the PeniMaster device) and using ADS after hanging- this can mean two things, I either use the PeniMaster itself or if I’m going out I attach a string to it, tie it below my knee.

This last method works just fine for me while doing basically anything (be that everyday activities, working out or running) but I’m looking for a type of ADS that can be worn with shorts, especially now that summer is coming. I think need some kind of a silicone sleeve.

The reason I gave this title to my thread is, the times I’m using ADS I’d like to maximize it and wear it literally all day, even while doing intense activities such as jump training or squash.

I’m looking for some advices, you can either suggest a product I could order or help with ideas, instructions about something homemade, but please keep in mind for what purposes I need this.

On the AutoExtender site I’ve found some information about this product, and it does seem right for me, so thanks for the idea. However, I’m not quite sure which package on the order page contains these sleeves or if it’s possible to buy them separately, can you help me out with that?

In the shop, you select those sleeves which you think suits your needs best. I’d start with something light and small, bulky sleeves will be noticeable according to monkeybar.
