Hi. I have to be very careful about what exercises I do for PE as I have Psoriasis, which while is not usually on my penis can manifest itself there with any injury or trauma to the area. This hampers my PE quite a bit as I often have to take a week or more off after only a few days PE for recovery. This is why I had to give up dry jelqs and even wet jelqs.
The only thing that does not seem to aggravate the Psoriasis attack is using my Vac Extender as an ADS which I can wear for about six to eight hours a day without too much problem.
Mu question is: Am I going to get any gains like this? I have been PE ing on and off for about 2 years with no ruler gains (nothing definite enough to really celebrate - now I BPFS as I find that there is less room for discrepancies in measuring), though not surprising after taking two whole summers off and not really having a routine that I can stick to without injury.
I would like to hear from anyone making gains with ADS and any advice on ways to maximise what I am doing which is basically one day left stretch around the waist and the next right stretch around the waist for five days and then two days off. I see from another thread that I should try using a wristband after PE (which I can do).
Any advice will be very welcome as I really want to make gains soon! :-)
Stats ATM 168mm BPFS (6.6”) 127mm EG (5”). I don’t want to mention flaccid :-)
