I’ve been PEing for about 5 months now seriously, I’ve seen some great results and I took a good month off in June do to some unforseen problems in life.

My routine is:

20 Min rice sock warmup

APX 20 Min manual stretches

200 Jelqs

(Warm shower often after)

I’m getting back into it and will slowly but surely be adding more jelqs as I go on.

I’m primarily interested in the size of my head (glans) and length.. My penis kind of does the opposite of a baseball bat. Girth I’m pretty good with and should reach 6” pretty easily.

How long would you guys recommend I continue this routine before adding an ADS? Should I add one at all?

Is this the best way to go or would you guys modify my routine?

PS- I’m also doing 2 days on, one day off. Any more and it’s too much for me.


Start: BPEL 7 3/8" EG Base 5 5/8" NBPEL 6.5" (apx)

Current: BPEL 7 3/4" EG Base 6" Head 4 5/8" NBPEL 7"

If I were you I would just stick with what is working until it stops. Don’t fix what is not broken.
