ADS (over shoulder)

I just received my vacADS. This topic is not specific to vacADS, but in general, how do you find over-neck (penis towards head) ADS set up?

I am testing it right now and I notice that after 20 minutes my back is starting to get sore due to the pulling force.

I have a couple questions regarding the set up of ADS:

1) For over-neck, how do you reduce the stress of wearing it around the neck? or around one side of the shoulder? (I guess I can alternate between both shoulders) Is it the kind of strap that I have that is causing more tension on my neck and back? Perhaps I need to invest in a better strap materials.

2) For leg set up, where do you strap to get the most firm grip? Around the knee?

Btw, so far for 40 minutes, this vacADS is has been so comfortable! I can’t say it is perfect yet, but I need to figure out a way to reduce my back stress (although on the flip side, since I spend so much time in front of computer, the over the neck set up can remind me of my bad posture. If I haunch over a bit, then the tension on ADS is less; so it is a reminder of an upright posture!! Multi-benefits.

I think I need some sort of harness that you would use to carry a baby. The straps go around both shoulders to provide a more balanced pressure. I need to find a position where the tension of ADS does not vary to my body movement.

And I should use bungee cords instead..

Are you talking about this type of a set-up?

I think the guy advertises in his ads that he can sell you the harness alone (without the penis sleeve) if you ask.

A harness that goes around the neck and shoulder for an even support. I may be able to build my own. I want one that has releasing buttons or clips around the shoulder for quicker dismount.

This guy ties around the ankle for straight down ADS.
