ads on days off?

Still count as a rest day? Opinions please

It’s called a “day off” for a reason.

But its such a light force being applied

boom, I have been wearing my ADS for 7 months at 4-6 hrs a day, 7 days a week. My dick is growing and working like it should be, so I wouldn’t worry about wearing it on your rest day. Also, sometimes I don’t give a shit if my dick gets put to the limits, so be careful with anything you see me say on these forums ( which isn’t a whole lot ) and pay strong attention to any discomfort or visual differences besides growing. Are rest days required when using ADS, or Penis Extender Do what you think is best.

Don’t need rest days for ADS. They’re meant to be worn as much as humanly possible.
