I’m new to posting but been lurking about on the forums and reading up on various topics of interest for some time now.. I know that being informed is key to successful PE, so I’ve been trying to develop a good foundation to begin with by sort of psyching myself up to PE, so to speak. I’ve made several casual attempts at keeping up a jelqing regimen years ago, but I’m setting out to stick to it this time by feeling more confident and knowledgeable about it.
My real question here regards ADS; I’ve been looking particularly extensively into the subject because I’m very much a grower rather than a shower. I have a high tendency towards turtling, even when I’m not doing PE, and my flaccid length can be embarrassing at times, and sometimes physically painful at worst. I’ve been seriously considering purchasing the AutoXleeve system from monkeybar, but since it would be quite a bit of an investment, especially as a newbie to PE, I’m still a bit reluctant.
I know that once I start a PE routine, I’d like to wear the AutoXleeve regularly, if not every day. Being that gradual stress and intensity is key, especially when starting out, I’ve been thinking that it would be best to wear the AutoXleeve without doing any manual exercises at first, for a while. Does anyone have an opinion or recommendation as to whether or not there would be any benefit or disadvantage to doing this?
