ADS effiency

I was just curious about how well the ADS system works. I’m trying to decide what kind of routine I want to follow. With an ADS I can of course do it all day long, but I have heard such great things about jelqing. For fastest gains which is better? Anyway, I’m new to the community so I hope someday I can be helpful.

Yup, do the newbie routine before you invest in anything more than time and olive oil.

By the way, don’t expect being able to wear an ADS all day long. The makers claim so, not the users.

Question: On average, exactly how long after beginning PE does a newbie break out of the “newbie routine”?

SlackJawedYokel mentioned to stick with it for 2-3 months.

The link says to “Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time”.

Does that mean after 6 weeks(reaching 10min stretching/30min jelqing), things stay constant for the remainder for the next 2 months? THEN next level? Ie:ADS
