ADS before newbie routine
Hey guys, I’m new to PE. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a week (2 days on 1 day off). After reading around here, I’ve started to wonder if I’d be better off using an ADS before doing any manual PE routines. My reasoning is that because ADS apply a small amount of tension for a long period of time, they likely do not cause any thickening of the collagen tissues which could make later PE methods less effective. I’m thinking that if I start with the ADS, then I can make better gains over the long run because I will limit any thickening of the fibers. Does this sound right?
