Additions to Newbie Routine

I’ve been on the Newbie Routine pretty consistently for the past 3 weeks. I always do my routine late at night, and these past few days I all of a sudden began doing some dry jelqing in the afternoon because I realized how convenient is lol (no lubricant, etc. Lol). I don’t warm up or anything I just do some dry jelqing for maybe 10 minutes while watching some TV.

Basically what I’m asking is if this can be beneficial to me (dry jelqing for 10 min in the afternoon and doing my normal PE routine at night) or is it too early for me to start doing additional exercises? Thanks.

You should be the one able to give the best answer to this question. :)

Dry-jelqs are more intense than wet jelqs, so even 10 minutes could be too much; but, if your PI’s are good, than there should be no problem; if your PI’s get worse, than cut them.
