Adding To My Routine

Been PE for about six weeks or so can see improvement in my EQ and defiantly in my flaccid hang did a measurement last days off and seen improvement in BPEL (probably due to better EQ even so I’ll take it lol).

I’ve been sticking with the newbie routine and slowly adding more time to stretches and more reps to jelq ( 1.20 min stretch and 200 jelq).

So I’ve had trouble staying semi erect during my jelq session so I started doing 50 reps and then getting 90% erect and doing a light uli ( waiting till erection subsides to 75% and then gently squeezing the middle , upper and lower shaft for 3 sec each then continuing another 50 reps till I get my 200.

This seems to help with me losing my semi erect State and is a good girth routine but is it still a little much for a newbie , I have good pi and don’t over do it to the point I injure myself , maybe a couple of red dots.

You seem to have the right approach and attitude towards PE, taking it slow and gradually building up depending how you feel. Always go by how you personally feel, if you feel good without any pain or issues and with good PI, then don’t worry about it keep doing what you do and especially if you see growth.

Ya I think I started a little hard got a lot of red spots witch quickly made me realize that it’s not a sprint it’s a marathon and slow and steady wins the race.

Ya it does make a lot of pressure that’s why I was doing them easy maybe I should stick to the newbie routine for a bit longer , I was just trying to mix it up a bit .

Just an update, Took two weeks off because I was experiencing a slight pain like a little pinch in my gland only happened once or twice a day and was very brief ( like a fraction of a second ).

But to be on the safe side I decided to go on a break.

I will start again this week staying with the newbie routine 5 min warm up 10 min stretches 5 min warm down then 75 or 100 jelq ( depending on how my unit feels since I’ve been off for a couple of weeks ) and a 5 min warm down.

New routine

8 min warm up

10 45 sec stretches

8 min rice sock

75 NJC

8 min warm down

So went back to doing regular jelq didn’t see much benefit to doing NJC flaccid didn’t change much and no measurable length gains ( only three weeks doing them ).

New routine

5 min warm up

10 min stretch

5 min rice sock

150 jelq

Followed by squeezes

5 min rice sock

15 min cock ring

Just a note to myself going to try and stick to the tgc theory , paying attention to when it’s time to work on smooth muscle or when to work on tunica based on low EQ and more bpsfl then BPEL ( work on smooth muscle ie girth work to do),

Hard rock EQ and below .5 inch bpsfl compared to BPEL need to work on tunica ( length work stretching)

Haven’t seen any gains in almost two months so starting to do bundled stretches first time I did them could really feel a good stretch all the next day just like in the first month of PE.

Going to try and be cautious with these since you can create a lot of stress with them.

Since I have a low LOT (around 7:30) I’m going to do mainly upward focused stretching then continue with the rest of my regular routine.

So been putting this off for three weeks been measuring on my days off multiple times ,wanted to be sure that my measuring was right , and I have been getting the same length every time some times a little more ,and seems I will have to update my stats I gained another quarter inch hell ya keep it coming.😁

Been slowly adding to my routine I added an extra stretch at the end of my 5 directions BTC witch makes a total of 2 sets of 6 directions ( can feel a good stretch in the ligs with the BTC).

Been doing this stretch routine almost all month didn’t notice any noticeable increases from this so I’m adding two one min Fulcrum stretches at the end of my current stretch routine using a canister around 2.5 inch in diameter.

Also I have been doing squeezes at the end of my jelq session pretty sure this is how I got my last increase . Gains have seemed to come to a halt no in the last month so been adding some horse 440 after every 50 or so jelq. Seeing how these are very high pressure I’ll be only doing them for a week or so then going back to the squeezes, trying to push it a little to see some gains without conditioning my cock too much.

Back after month off had a burst capillary in my shaft .

Starting off with 5 min stretch 5 directions with a 5 min warm up and 5 min warm down then 100 to 150 jelq .

I’ll continue this for a week 2 on 1 off then start adding to the routine a little each week until I’m back to my last routine .

Just an update now doing stretches in five directions down, left, right, straight out and the helicopter all for one min this is one set ,doing three sets, then 250 jelqs.

Had to up my stretch time to keep my stretched flaccid length above my erect length to keep gains coming . With my latest increase of a little overall quarter inch putting me slightly over 7 I think I’ll keep to this theory of keeping my stretched flaccid ahead of my erect length.

New routine I’ve been doing for awhile been getting a little complex so thought id keep a log.

start with 5 min warm up then do a blaster to the left then one to the right 1 min each then sit down with my left hand reach under my left leg pull down and to the left do the same with my right hand 1 min each then do standard stretch to the left,right and straight out.

On days I have more time I will then reheat and do an additional set of standard stretches to the left, right and straight out.

After that I warm up and do 50 jelq sitting 50% erect then do a little girth work 10 ulli clamp manual at base and grip with other hand above clamp to get extra expansion , sometimes do a couple of sadsacs to. I then do another 150 jelq and then warm down . Been experimenting with a silicone cock ring use during cool down by getting 90% erect putting cock ring on and cooling down, to keep expanded during the cool down . I keep the ring on after until unit has cooled down to body temp, no more then 20 min can’t seem to keep it on any longer as soon as I get a slight burning sensation off it comes .

Most of this routine is pretty new in the last month so we will see how it progresses.

One more point the girth work isn’t that new been doing it for awhile not every session but close to half and it seems to bring me gains.
