Hello Thunders, after a month of basic PE I have already noticed small gains and much better EQ. My routine has consisted of 250 Wet jelqs, helicopters, and a few basic stretches for my warm up. I did these while taking a hot shower to keep my unit properly warmed and to reduce damage. My question now is what’s next? I would like to do this routine another 60 days and then begin a better PE schedule. What exercises are best for length and girth? I’m wanting to achieve 1.5” length and 1” girth hopefully. Any routines you guys have done that gave great gains would be appreciated. Another thing I needed to know was how do I do a V Jelq? I didn’t see much info on it and I want to make sure I am doing these right before incorporating 90 in my 90 day routine.

Don’t change anything until you stop gaining. Stretching and jelqing are the foundation of all PE, and still will be even when you’ve been at it 10+ years. There isn’t a ‘better’ routine. there are only things that you add to that foundation and swap around every so often to stress your penis differently and keep gains going. I think you mean a V stretch, not a V jelq. How to do them is on the same page as all the other exercises.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Congrats on the gains. Keep up with that routine for the next 60 days like you planned and during that time look through the progress threads to come up with a routine that you think would suit you best. If you want you could increase the intensity of your current routine a bit and add in more reps of each exercise. I wouldn’t recommend you drastically increase those things but a little bit at a time.

I agree with firegoat, keep doing your PE routine if you are gaining from it, only change it up when you stop gaining.
