Adding Squeezes to Pumping Routine

I am thinking about adding some squeezes to my Pumping Routine such as the Horse, or a few other types. How many reps of these squeezes would I have to do on a daily basis, to get some good Girth gains.

Don’t even consider Horse squeezes unless you’ve been PE’ing for 2-3 months minumum.

The more advanced manual girth exercises often work by putting quite intense pressure on the tunica and though a pump will create a reasonable pressure too, its possible to regulate with the pressure gauge.

Jelqing and pumping in combination should work well together as a starting program providing good girth gains.

My dick was all sore after pumping for quite a number of months before I could jelq or squeeze it just after, so I’m just seconding what Mem had said.
