I didn’t really measure when I first started, but I estimate I was around 4.8-4.9. Again, that was 2 years ago. Basically for that whole, rougly, year of doing different exercises except pumping and clamping (which I gained mostly length from wearing ADS and using the static stretcher), I started pumping and I liked the temporary girth gains it gave and I thought it would become permanent. Well, it didn’t, and so I started again with the newbie routine over the summer. Then by the end of the summer I started clamping and since about last, I’d say maybe October, my dick has gone from 4.8 - 5.4. Not too bad I don’t think. That’s about .10 a month. If I keep it up I’ll get to 5.75 by the middle/end of summer. If my girl can take more I’m gonna get 6.
Then I guess I’ll try hanging since a lot of people get good gains from it.
