Adding more stretches

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a little less than 2 weeks and I was thinking about adding an additional 20-30 minutes stretching session before bed at night. I usually do the newbie routine first thing in the morning. Do you think I’m getting ahead of myself or should I go ahead? I don’t want to injure myself.

You should be alright adding some longer-duration stretches to your routine.
