Adding days to my routine
Hi,I have been into PE for almost 2 months.
My routine is:
5/10 minutes:rice sock warm up
15minutes x2(so 30 minutes total)of manual stretching in each direction
10/15 minutes wet or dry jelq
warm down with hot water
2 ON-1 OFF
Here’s my question…
I’ve learned reading this forum that if a routine seems to work,you don’t have to change a thing(and my routine seems to work!I have had a 0.4” gain in my first month,and next days i’ll take measurements of my 2nd month)
But i think it could be better if sometimes i do 3 ON-1 OFF…
It can bring something positive?or it’s awful for me?
Can i do this or maybe it can bring too much stress to my penis??
(i dont want too much stress for my unit…in these days i’m alone with GF..so it’s equal to SEX xD)
