Adding an ADS
I currently am just doing manual exercises and thinking about adding an ADS to help healing extended. I usually do my routine 1-3 hours before going to bed. I don’t want to wear an ADS while sleeping (and since most healing occurs at night) so would it be a good idea to do my routine in the morning so I can wear my ADS throughout the day? Or would 2-3 hours of ADS at night after my workout, before bed e adequate extended-heal time?
