After 1.5 months of following the newbie routine I feel like I can up my time in stretches (my P feels too elastic now than when I began). I am currently stretching for 7 min, but feel like I could do more during my routine. I’m thinking about applying V, inverted V, and BTC stretches into my stretching routine.

What do you guys think? should I up my stretching time?

Which newbie routine are you following? The one on this site has 10 minutes of stretching. Newbie Routine

Are you gaining? If so, continue with your routine. If not, increase the routine time a bit. Which exercises you use is up to you and how they feel. I had good success with BTC stretching when I was a newbie.
