add more stretching to my stretch?
After 1.5 months of following the newbie routine I feel like I can up my time in stretches (my P feels too elastic now than when I began). I am currently stretching for 7 min, but feel like I could do more during my routine. I’m thinking about applying V, inverted V, and BTC stretches into my stretching routine.
What do you guys think? should I up my stretching time?
After 1.5 months of PE how long were you guys stretching?
